New Study Says Employee Health Care Costs Are Skyrocketing – Attention Contract Negotiators!
On September 22, 2015, the Kaiser Family Foundation released a Health Benefits Survey of employer health plans demonstrating that health care costs for an individual employee have grown seven times as fast as wages and inflation from January to June of 2015. This type of survey information is compelling can be both compelling as anecdote and demonstrates an effective way to analyze health insurances costs for employees negotiating with employers.
