THIS JUST IN!!! – SUPERIOR COURT GRANTS BPPA AND MCOP MOTION TO ENJOIN BANDING OF SCORES

Superior Court Judge Bruce Henry has GRANTED the BPPA and MCOP’s Motion to Enjoin the Human Resources Division from “banding” scores on police promotional eligibility lists.  We JUST got the decision.  Expect a full report to be posted later this morning!
